Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to restore the Civil Application (ST) No.7996/2016 which stood dismissed vide conditional order dated 11.10.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that it remained on their part to remove all office objections within stipulated time as per order dated 11.10.2017.

The statement is accepted. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Civil Application and as the Applicant is ready and willing to remove all office objections in Civil Application (ST) No.7996/2016, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

Civil Application (ST) No.7996/2016 is restored to file. b.

The Applicant to comply with the order dated 11.10.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) in Civil Application (ST) No.7996/2016 on or before 06.10.2018, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
