This application is filed for restoration of the appeal which came to be dismissed in default on the ground of non compliance of the office objections. Considering the reasons given in the application, application is allowed. The appeal is restored to its original file subject to applicant's complying with the objections, within a week from today. 2.

It is submitted that as per order dated 12.4.2016, passed by this Court, on the deposit of the amount, the Executing Court was to consider the request for grant of stay. It is submitted that now the applicant has deposited the amount in the trial Court on 18.4.2016. In view thereof, the trial Court to consider the request for grant of stay according to law.
