The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that two witnesses have been examined and since last 10 months there is no progress in the matter. The learned APP submits that the delay was mainly because of the application filed by the APP under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. He submits that the newly added accused have already pps

Considering the above facts and also considering the fact that the trial has already commenced, the learned JMFC, Chiplun is directed to expedite the trial and endeavor to dispose of the case within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

In view of withdrawal of the bail application, application for intervention being APPP/1234/2018 does not survive and the same is also dismissed.
