In view of the nature of the dispute and having regard to the nature of the original Award, I will permit a withdrawal of 50% of the amount deposited. The remaining 50% amount is to be invested, if not already done, in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank. 11th July 2017

The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- is also to be transferred the MACT Mumbai and will also be invested in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank.
