By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no. 2 to transfer the investigation of C.R. No. 222 of 2019 registered with Sanghvi Police Station, Pune to any other investigating agency.

Learned APP on instructions states that after investigation chargesheet has been filed in the said case and the matter is posted for framing of charges.

Considering the statement made by the learned APP on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
