Although this application is listed for extension of interim protection, it can be disposed of on the basis of the statement made on behalf of the State.

The Applicants apprehending their arrest in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 945 of 2019 of police station Sadar Bazar, District Solapur under Section 467, 420, 182, 167, 120, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC are seeking anticipatory bail.

With the assistance of the learned counsel for the parties, I have gone through the FIR and the copy of the chargesheet. In this Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

911 aba 2464-21.doc case the investigating is complete and the chargesheet is filed. The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the custody of the Applicants is not required for interrogation or for any recovery.

In view of the specific statement made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) In the event of their arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 945 of 2019 of police station Sadar Bazar, District Solapur, the applicants shall be released on bail on executing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties each in the like amount.

ii) The Applicants shall co-operate with the investigating agency as and when required and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and witnesses.
