This is an application seeking restoration of the Criminal Application No.105 of 2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 24.8.2015.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs Nos. 2, 3 and 4, the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The order dated 24.8.2015 dismissing the application for want of prosecution is hereby recalled. The matter is restored to its original status.
