Rule. Returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of parties. 2.

We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.3-Caste Scrutiny Committee to adjudicate the caste claim of the Petitioner as early as possible and preferably within six months from today.

The Petitioner based upon the caste certificate in question pursuing his studies in B.A.M.S. Degree course. By order dated 8 September 2015, pending the caste claim before the Caste Scrutiny Committee, we have permitted the Petitioner to appear for the examination. The Petitioner did appear for the said examination.

By keeping all points open, we direct Respondent No.2 not to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner for want of caste certificate till the decision of Respondent No.3-Caste Scrutiny Committee and four weeks thereafter, if any adverse order is passed against the Petitioner. There is no question of claiming any equity, if order goes against the Petitioner. 5.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. No order as to costs.
