Heard Ms. Pavitra Manesh, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Smt. Anjali Shiledar, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Interim application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of the original petitioner no.1. Ms. Manesh submits that the deceased petitioner no.1 passed away on 18th August 2020 and the present application has been filed on 4th October 2021. She submits that the Supreme Court has kept in abeyance limitation period in view of Covid 1/2

19-ia-295-2022 in wp-3204-2018.doc pandemic. Same was kept in abeyance since March 2020 till 20th August 2021. Thus, there is no delay in filing this application. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 5(ii). Amendment to be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.
