The last sentence in paragraph 5 of the order dated 14th December, 2016 states as under :

"In the meantime, the respondent nos. 1 to 6 to shift their residence from Kapse Aali, Pimpri, Pune to some other area by 31.12.2016 and they shall not enter into the area of Kapse Aali, Pimpri, Pune."

The application only concerns respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 5, however, inadvertently, in the order dated 14th December, 2016, it is stated as respondent Nos. 1 to 6.
