CORAM : V.M.KANADE AND MRS.SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.
DATED : 24TH AUGUST, 2016 P.C. :- 1.
The application is made for seeking condonation of one year and 120 days delay in filing the Letters Patent Appeal. The only reason given in the application is that the applicant was seeking legal advice for the purpose of challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge. There is inordinate delay in filing the appeal. The explanation 1/2
1) ca132-13 given by the applicant is not sufficient for the purpose of condoning the delay. We are not inclined to condone the delay. The application for condonation of delay is dismissed. 2.
The Letters Patent Appeal, therefore, does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
