Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed R.C.S. No.10 of 2017 in the civil Court and interim injunction is granted in his favour on 18.8.2017. However, the Additional Collector, Solapur has decided the matter against the petitioner. As per the order of the Collector, the said land was given by the Government for agricultural purposes, however, the petitioner has converted the said land for N.A. purposes and, therefore, there is a violation of the conditions and hence, the order is passed of forfeiture of the land. wp.8790.2018_516.doc challenged by him before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal in Appeal No.1 of 2018 and the Tribunal did not grant any stay in view of these facts. Hence, he has filed this petition against the said rejection of stay to the interim order dated 6.6.2018. It appears that the MRT has now fixed the matter on 21.8.2018. 3.
In view of these facts, the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal is requested to decide this appeal on or before 5.9.2018. Till then, the respondents not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
