JYOTI RAJESH MANE 1) At the outset learned APP submitted that, the Applicant was released on Covid-19 Emergency Parole Leave on 8th May 2020 and she was by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.04.04 15:40:53 +0530 supposed to report back to the jail authority on 30th May 2022. However she is reported to be absconding and therefore C.R. No. 202/2022 under Section 224 of Indian Penal Code came to be registered with Rajgad Police Station, District Pune .

2) Learned APP tendered across the bar a photocopy of report 1/2

3) In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain present Application for suspension of sentence and enlarging the Applicant on bail. 3.1) Application is accordingly dismissed.
