Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount as directed by the trial Court. However, as the execution is already taken up by the respondents, stay may be granted to the said execution.

In view thereof, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The execution of the award is stayed subject to condition of appellant's depositing the entire amount as directed by the trial Court, within four weeks from today.
