In view of the reasons mentioned in the Application especially in paragraphs 4 to 7, Civil Application is allowed. The order of dismissal of Appeal from Order is set aside. Delay of 18 days is condoned. The applicant/appellant to remove office objections within two weeks. After removal of the office objections, place the Appeal for Admission on 13th November, 2017.
