Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal from order with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in view of the objection raised by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that appeal from order is not maintainable against the order impugned to the appeal from order. 2.

Appeal from order is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. In view of the dismissal of the appeal from order, civil applications do not survive and the same are dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
