In this Petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act') by an order dated 07.06.2017 this Court had proposed to appoint Mr. Justice S.R. Sathe (Retd.) as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties as arisen under the work order dated 02.08.2013. Awaiting a disclosure as per requirement of Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) and 29-A (1) of the Act, this Petition was adjourned. waghmare/- 1/2
