Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that this Petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent order passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, which is challenged by filing another Writ Petition being Writ Petition No.284 of 2016. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to claim protection of services by way of alternative relief in Writ Petition No.284 of 2016. 2.

Leave with liberty, as prayed, is granted. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
