Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is for restoration of Writ Petition No.8442 of 2016 which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 20.7.2016 for nonremoval of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently it remained on their part to remove all office objections within stipulated time. He submits that applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and as applicant is ready and willing to remove all office objections within four weeks from today, I am satisfied that Mohite 1/2

13 caw2292-16 the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order : a) Four weeks time is extended from today to comply the order dated 20.7.2016 passed by this court.

b) Writ Petition No.8442 of 2016 is restored on file.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
