Mr. Khobragade, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before an appropriate Court. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.
