By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing civil application and to bring the legal heirs of the appellant who expired on 29th February,2017.

In this civil application, the applicant has explained delay in filing civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the respondents' advocate within one week thereafter. No order as to costs.
