Mr.Kankal, learned A.G.P. for the respondent nos.1 to 4 states that during the pendency of this writ petition, the impugned orders dated 30th July, 2015 and 21st February, 2012 are already implemented. Re-audit is already carried out. Statement is accepted. 2.
In view of this situation, Mr.Chavan, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition so as to impugn the subsequent orders of the respondents which according to the petitioner are illegal. Statement is accepted.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
