1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 301/2021 registered with Kalwa Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 354, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] From the available material on record, it can be inferred that relationship between the victim and applicant was consensual. There is no explanation for lodging delayed F.I.R. Applicant, in the aforesaid background has already suffered sufficient incarceration. 1/2

(i) Applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 301/2021 registered with Kalwa Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 354, 376 of the Indian Penal Code upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with evidence in any manner. (iii) Applicant shall not establish contact, directly or indirectly, with the victim or her family members. 3] Application stands disposed of.
