Not on board. On being mentioned, taken on board. This application is filed for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail. It appears that the applicant is convict3d by the learnd Sessions court for the offenec punishable under Section 304A of IPC and is sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for one yar and to pay a fine of Rs.25,000/-, in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for one month. Learned counsel for applicant has made a statement that fine avk 1/2

PM-3-APPA-105-2016.doc amount is already paid before the trial court and has tendered at the bar certified copy of order of the trial court, vide which the execution of sentence imposed was stayed by the trial court for a period of one month from 25th July 2016.

Having considering the short sentence imposed upon applicant for a period of one year as aforesaid, and as applicant has deposited the fine amount, substantive sentence imposed upon applicant stands suspended, who even otherwise appears to be 75 years old person, and is directed to be released on bail as per order below : i) Applicant shall be released on bail on his executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in like amount.
