Perused the F.I.R. dated 18/07/2018. The only reference of allegation against present applicants is that applicants instigated the main accused in the commission of crime in question. The contents of F.I.R. in categorical terms refers to act of main accused in the commission of crime in question. The role attributed to the applicant is that of parents of main accused. Since the charge-sheet in the matter is already filed, in my opinion, in the aforesaid background, no purpose will be served in granting
