By the above Criminal Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of an FIR which has been filed against unknown persons. The above Criminal Writ Petition has been filed on an apprehension. We do not find any locus standi in the Petitioner to seek the relief sought in the above Criminal Writ Petition. With the aforesaid observations, we dismiss the above Criminal Writ Petition.
