The Petitioner is challenging the judgment delivered by the Nandurbar Committee. There is no main relief sought against the impugned order. As the judgment of the Nandurbar Committee is challenged, the matter ought to have been filed before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.

In light of that, the Registry shall transfer the matter to the Aurangabad Bench.

Interim order passed earlier to continue till the first date of hearing before the Aurangabad Bench.
