By this Civil Application, the applicant/insurance company seeks stay to the operation, execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 21st May, 2009 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal and District Judge-5, Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 61 of 2005.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant/insurance company has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with the interest accrued thereon and hence prays for stay of the impugned judgment and award. 3.
