The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would not press for the relief sought by prayer clause (c ) in this writ petition as it would result in the misjoinder of causes of action. It is stated that the petitioner would file separate proceedings for seeking the relief, if so desired. On a reading of the writ petition and the prayer clause therein, we accept the statement made on behalf of the petitioner

Dusane 2/2 49 wp 9501.2017 and permit the petitioner to delete prayer clause (c) in the instant petition with liberty to file separate proceedings. The amendment should be carried out forthwith.
