For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application No.1935 of 2018 is allowed and disposed off.;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.193 of 2017 registered with Vikhroli Police Station, Mumbai, on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicant shall report Vikhroli Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday between 10 am and 12 noon till further orders;
