1] Learned Counsel for the applicant and respondent jointly tender a copy of consent terms duly signed by the applicant and the original complainant, dated 9th December 2015. A copy of the said

YBG aba1280-754 consent terms is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R.NO.173 of 2015 registered with APMC police station Navi Mumbai. In the consent terms, it has been specifically and categorically accepted by the original complainant that she will not pursue the present F.I.R. against the applicant. Both the parties have further agreed that they will take further steps for quashing of criminal proceedings filed by the complainant.

2] In view of the above, grievance of the applicants in both these applications does not survive. The Investigating agency is hereby directed to take note of the consent terms dated 9th December 2015 and not to precipitate the matter any further. 3] Both the applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
