Magistrate's 62nd Court at Dadar, Mumbai to the Hon'ble 2nd Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and for the same to be heard and decided with Petition No.A-2107 of 2020 and Petition No.D80 which are also currently pending before the Hon'ble 2nd Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, per se, yet, it is most expedient to put the conduct of the Applicant on record."

s 62nd Court at Dadar, Mumbai to the Hon'ble 2nd Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and direct the same to be heard and decided with Petition No.A-2107 of 2020 and Petition No. D-80 pending before the 2nd Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai."

3] As far as joint request of the parties for expeditious disposal of the proceedings is concerned, liberty to mention before the Court below.
