The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners is to dispose of the Petition by directing the Revisional Authority before whom their Revision Application is pending to consider and take appropriate decision.

According to the Petitioners, since April 2015, the Petitioners' Application for stay filed with Revision Petition has not been considered by the Revisional Authority. Keeping in view the vrd 1/2

WP10234.16.sxw aforesaid prayer, the Revisional Authority is directed to hear and take appropriate decision on the Petitioners' Application for stay as expeditiously as possible and in any within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 3.

Parties to appear before the Revisional Authority on 8th September 2016.
