1] The limited relief claimed in the Civil Application is for a direction to the Respondent No.1 - Education Officer to consider the representation of the Applicants/Petitioners dated 16th November 2017 in accordance with the judgment and order of this Court in Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 alongwith companion matters dated 10th July 2017. The Civil Application is allowed directing the Respondent No.1 - Education Officer to decide the representation of the Applicants/Petitioners dated 16th November 2017 in the light of the view taken by this Court in Writ BGP.
