By this Civil Application, the applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 56 days delay in fling the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 4th February, 2017 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Pune in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.343 OF 2014. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I satisfed that the applicant has made out a case H.R.Shinde

9- Ca 2362-2017 for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order - (i) Delay in fling First Appeal is condoned.

(ii) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. (iii) No order as to costs.
