This is the second bail application filed by the Applicant for pre-arrest bail. The previous application was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court by order dated 18.08.2020. A perusal of the said order reveals that after arguing the matter at length, the Applicant had sought liberty to withdraw the application and had further made a statement that he would appear before the concerned Magistrate on or before 25.08.2020 and surrender to the custody of the Magistrate. Instead of complying with the said order, the Applicant has filed this second bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. No ground is made out to entertain such application. 2.

Application stands dismissed.
