This is an application under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in C.R. No. 10/2015 registered at Chakan Police Station. At the outset the learned APP submits that case is committed to the Court of Sessions, charge is framed and trial has commenced. The prosecution has recorded evidence of the panch for scene of offence and the evidence of the first infoemant is to be recorded on 22/11/2016. This Court is not inclined to enlarge the applicant on Talwalkar 1/2
