By this application, the applicant-Insurance Company has sought stay of execution and implementation of judgment and award dated 17th April, 2015 passed by the MACT Pune, in MACP No. 1077 of 2010.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the entire amount as per the judgment and award has been deposited before the MACT, Pune. She has further submitted that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- is also deposited before his Court. The pps

In the light of the above statement, execution and implementation of the impugned award is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited before this Court be transferred to MACT, Pune.
