How the Divisional Registrar has a power under contempt jurisdiction is not demonstrated. It appears that the Petitioner is a borrower and the proceeding is pending against the Petitioner for recovery of loan. In the proceeding taken out for recovery of loan, the Authorities will have to follow the procedure laid down as per the law and this procedure would take care of the rights and contentions of the Petitioner and the Creditors. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
