The appellants have given an undertaking to demolish their premises. Their premises are found to be illegal. The application has been dismissed. The premises should have already been demolished. They claim that they are senior citizens. Their children are abroad. If the appellants cannot and do not demolish their suit premises, the respondent may demolish the suit premises.

The Civil Application is dismissed.
