The impugned order dated 16 th April, 2016 directs respondent to consider the application of the complainant to the post of clerk and allow him to compete to the post of clerk by promotion subject to final judgment in Complaint (ULP) No. 447 of 2007 and Complaint (ULP) No. 193 of 2011. It is the case of the learned counsel for the petitioner that an earlier petition being WP/13195/2016 is already admitted on 16 th December, 2016. In WP/13695/2016 I have passed the following order :

(i) In case the Corporation proposes to hold the examination for the post of "clerk" as contemplated in this petition, two weeks prior notice to that effect shall be given to the Advocate for the petitioner.

34-wp-11237-2017 In the circumstances I see no reason why this petition should be entertained since it is subject to final order Complaint (ULP) No. 447 of 2007 and Complaint (ULP) No. 193 of 2011. In the circumstances, I pass the following order : (i) In case the corporation proposes to hold the examination for the post of "clerk" as contemplated in this petition, two weeks prior notice to that effect shall be given to the Advocate for the petitioner.
