This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed while granting bail to the applicant vide order dated 21st February 2018 passed in Bail Application No.1994 of 2017.

The applicant was directed to attend the Cyber Crime Police Station, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai on every 1st Monday of the month between 11 am to 1 pm till conclusion of trial. The applicant was also directed to attend all the dates before the Trial Court till conclusion of the trial.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant is permanent resident of State of Uttar Pradesh but presently he is Manish S Thatte Manish S Thatte Date: 2018.10.22 10:13:34 +0530

2 of 2 502.APPP.952.2018.doc working at New Delhi and in accordance with the condition imposed in the aforesaid order, he is required to attend police station once in a month and on account of his employment at New Delhi, it causes hardship. It is submitted that the charge sheet has been filed after bail was granted to the applicant. It is also submitted that the applicant has been attending the Trial Court on the dates of hearing of the case.

In the circumstances, the order dated 21st February 2018 passed in Bail Application No.1994 of 2017 is modified and the applicant is directed to report Cyber Crime Police Station, BandraKurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai once in three months on the first Monday of the slot between 11 am and 1 pm till conclusion of trial. The applicant is also directed to furnish address of the employer of the applicant where presently he is being employed to the investigating officer. Criminal Application No.952 of 2018 is disposed off.
