On 20th June, 2017 Ms.Gonsalvez, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 had stated that revision application will not survive since charges had been framed and six witnesses have been examined. Today, she states that examination of eight witnesses has been completed. The order also directed the CBI to communicate the fact that the application may be finally disposed of today. Accordingly, Ms.Gonsalvez has tendered the office copy of the communication addressed by her to the applicant as well as the Advocate for the applicant enclosing a copy of the order dated 20th June, 2017.

Today, none appears for the applicant. In the circumstances I pass the following order :
(a) Revision Application is dismissed.
(b) No order as to the costs.
