Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

By this application, the applicants seek pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No. 266 of 2015 registered with the Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 370(2)(3) of
the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4 & 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 3.
As far as the applicant No.2 is concerned, after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants does not press the application qua applicant No.2. He states that that the applicant No.2 will surrender before the Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur on 31.08.2015. The said statement is accepted. As far as the applicant No.1 is concerned, he states that the applicant is a lady. He submitted that the applicant No.1 had done her dentistry from Mumbai University and was partner of the said saloon. He submitted that she was not present at the Saloon at the time of the raid. The said saloon is named and styled as "Sevenways Unisex Saloon & Spa". According to the prosecution, a raid was conducted on the said saloon and it was found that prostitution
activities were taking place in the said saloon. The victim girls were arrested in the said raid. All of them are, admittedly, adults.

Perused the statements of the victim girls. Although the name of the present applicant No.1 is disclosed by some of the victim girls, only considering the fact that she is a lady and has no antecedents, the applicant No.1 be enlarged on bail on the following terms and conditions:
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant No.1 be enlarged on bail on her furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;
(ii) The applicant No.1 shall attend the Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur on Tuesday and Friday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the filing of the charge sheet
and thereafter, on the 1st Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. for a period of one year from today.

The Application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear, that the observations made herein are confined to this application and if an application for regular bail is filed by applicant No.2, the learned Judge to decide the same on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations made herein.
