26. Cri.APPA 1282.18.doc Admittedly, the first and second applications filed by the Applicant were dismissed as withdrawn. This is a third application praying therein to suspend the substantive part of the sentence and release the Applicant on bail during the pendency of the Appeal. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that in case the Court is inclined to fix the Appeal for final hearing, in that case the Appellant will not press this Application.
