Reenal who is daughter of respondents 3 and 4 is present in Court. She is identified by her lawyer who is present in Court. It is the petitioner's contention that both petitioner and Reenal Wagh got married and thereafter they went to Mahabaleshwar. Some photographs are also placed on record. It is the petitioner's allegation that under the pressure of parents and some persons from the community of parents of Reenal,

2/3 she has been forced not to join the company of petitioner as husband. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner on instructions of petitioner submits that concerned police is troubling the petitioner now and then, calling him to police station for getting certain documents signed.

The Counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 submits that she is not interested to join the company of petitioner and that she is not under any pressure.

We asked Reenal as to whether she is willing to stay with petitioner as his wife to which she replied that she is not interested to stay with petitioner and she is not under pressure of any one. Parents of Reenal are also present in Court.

Learned Counsel for respondents 3 and 4 submits that petition for nullity of marriage is presented in the trial Court. 6.

In view of the above facts, we observe that parties may take appropriate steps in accordance with law for resorting to alternate

3/3 efficacious remedy. The purpose of habeas corpus is over. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
