Heard Mr.Salunkhe learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Perused the impugned order dated 27 April 2015. By the impugned order the application of the respondent- wife has been granted to the extent that the respondent-wife is permitted to apply for a passport of her daughter and that the respondent-wife will have to make an application to the Family Court if she wish to travel along with her daughter outside India.

Having considered the order, it appears that there is no prejudice whatsoever which is caused to the petitioner. An application for restitution of conjugal rights under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is pending.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the impugned order for reasons noted above, further adjudication of the writ petition is not called for. 5.

Contentions of the parties on the section 9 application are expressly kept open. Writ petition is dismissed subject to above observations.
