P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition No. (v) imposed upon the Applicant by this Court by its Order dated 21st December 2017 in Bail Application No. 2829 of 2017. Condition No. (v) reads as under:

"v) Moreover, as the investigation of the crime in question is going on, the applicants/accused to attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. until further orders."

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that as of today, the investigation of the crime is completed and the police have submitted charge sheet and therefore, the said condition to attend the 1/2

ssm 2 31-appp953.18.doc Investigating Officer of the concerned police station on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. may be suitably modified. As the investigation of the present crime is completed, I am inclined to modify the said condition.

The Applicant is hereinafter directed to attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial.
