By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing and setting aside of the show-cause notices bearing F. No. CA/MUM/SAF/k01/2022/773 issued as against Mr. Mahesh Bhanushali and show-cause notice bearing F. No. CA/MUM/SAF/01/2022/776 issued as against Shilpa Bhanushali. 1/3
Direction is also sought to release the properties of the said persons and to defreeze the account and locker mentioned in the show-cause notice dated 1st December 2022.
Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that the petition does not survive inasmuch as, the showcause notices issued as against the aforesaid persons have been dropped and the prohibitions and restrictions imposed on the properties are lifted.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same. Learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered the order dated 4th August 2023 which evidences the dropping of the show-cause notices dated 17th October 2022 and 1st December 2022 and uplifting the prohibitions and restrictions imposed on the properties of Mahesh Bhanushali and Shilpa Bhanushali. The said order is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
