for identification.

The petitioner-Hetal says that the consent terms have been explained to her in Gujarati by Advocate Namita Mestry, learned advocate assisting learned counsel for the petitioner.

I have interacted with the parties. They say that they have decided to settle the matter in terms of what is stated in the consent terms and that they will abide by the terms of the consent terms. Statements are accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

The consent terms are duly signed by the petitioner as well as the respondent and also by their respective advocates.

Writ Petition No. 11999/2022 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

In view of Clause 10(C) of the consent terms, Writ Petition No.5234/2022 and Writ Petition No.6913/2022 stand disposed of in terms of these consent terms. 8.

Interim Application No.17946/2022 is also disposed of. 9.

No costs.
